Welcome to the Art Vancouver 2024 exhibitor application. Please note that there are two parts to the application:
1. Exhibitor application
2. Submitting a refundable deposit for your booth
Your application will NOT be reviewed until both parts are completed.
If you have any questions about our fair or the application process please see our FAQ's or contact exhibitors@artvancouver.net. You must complete an application for each edition of Art Vancouver you are interested in participating in.
Applications after February 15, 2024 will not be included in programming or the show catalogue.

Mandatory 2 lights and electricity will be added to your order automatically ($455 CAD).
Note: Corner booths will receive an extra 5ft on the outside wall (Spots are limited.)
** We recommend at least 1 light for every 5 feet.***
We invite you to use the grid below to draw were you would like the lights and booth set up ie. additional walls (optional)
Please submit a deposit of $525 CAD (tax included) to confirm your application. The deposit is non-refundable upon application withdrawal. In the event of non-acceptance, a refund of $400 CAD will be issued.
